Shipping & Returns

How much is delivery?

$10 for smaller items in giftware.

$20 for larger giftware items, cushions, throws, skins & furs.

$60 for rugs.

When will my order ship?

We’re based on Waiheke Island, so although we’ll send your package on the next working day, it might not leave the island then. Most orders take up to 5 days to arrive at their destination.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We offer standard shipping, so expect your order to arrive within 5 working days. We will send you a tracking number via email shortly after your order is confirmed with us. Coming from an island, freight via ferry can be unpredictable at times. Please bear with us if your order is later than anticipated. We appreciate your understanding on this. 

I’m not happy with the quality of my purchase - can I get a refund?

We stand by the quality of our products at Beverley Sandoy. If for some reason there is an issue with the quality of your purchase or you are not satisfied, we will happily issue a refund. Please notify us within 7 days of purchase that you require a refund. Please note that the return shipping (with tracking & signature required) is at the buyer’s expense, and that refunds will only be actioned once the cushion has been received back from you in satisfactory condition within 21 days of purchase.
